Look-up services in CompetitionLabs enable easy access to metadata on products and members when setting up Competitions or Achievements.
This service requests metadata from a product-specific endpoint that you implement. The endpoint should accept the product reference id that you send as part of your event stream, and return metadata in JSON format, e.g. name, provider, type, RTP, symbols and other useful details.
