Custom points is a more complex Rule for points calculation within a Contest. There is no pre-set ruleset which you can select. Points can be calculated based on actions, products, source value, etc. Points can be added, subtracted, or multiplied. The Rules conditions can also be multiple and combined, to make the Contest more complex. Here are some template examples:

Custom points (cumulative) leaderboard templates

Add points

Get X amount of points for an action event sent X amount of times
This template is for any action that is sent to our system Y times, e.g. a bet, win, login, deposit and many more, with X points calculated to the leaderboard. Actions are case sensitive.

Run a Contest where the points will be calculated when you WIN 3 times in any game, and for 3 WINS, you receive 1 point.

The points will be calculated and displayed in the leaderboard when a player:

  1. Plays any game that was selected in the Competition creation Products section
  2. Gets 1 point each time he or she wins three times (does not matter if the wins are in a row or not)
  3. When a player finishes a contest with 1 or 2 wins the points are not issued for those events

Get 1 point for each BET event and 2 points for a WIN event

(multiple individual action scoring template)

This template is for any two or more individual actions sent to our system X times, e.g. bet, win, login, deposit and many more, with X points allocated to each action, which will be calculated in the leaderboard. Actions are case sensitive..

Run a Contest where 1 BET = 1 point and 1 WIN = 2 points. The points will be added for each event made.

The points will be calculated and displayed in the leaderboard when a player:

  1. Plays any game that was selected in the Competition creation Products section
  2. Gets 1 point each time they bet
  3. Gets 2 points each time they win
  4. When a Bet is placed and the player wins – 3 points are generated and summed to the player’s leaderboard score.

As a bet and a win have different points values, the rule OR is implemented. To add the Rule OR, you must Add a Ruleset called Add or subtract points from the leaderboard. You will see two of the same rule types where you indicate the points that will be issued, the number of actions needed to receive the points, and the action itself, as shown in the example below.

Get X amount of points for a source value sent X amount of times.
This template is for any source value that is sent to our system Y times, with X points being issued and calculated in the leaderboard.

Run a Contest were 1 point will be issued and calculated when you send a source value of 10 or less two times in any game.

The points will be calculated and displayed in the leaderboard when a player:

  1. Plays any game selected in the Competition creation Products section
  2. Sends a source value of 10 or less, e.g. 5 Wins and 1 Bet
  3. Points will only be issued if the source value is sent twice
  4. If a player finishes a contest with a source value of 10 or less only once, points are not issued for that event
  5. No point will be issued for any event source value that is greater than 10.

Get 1 point for a source value of less than 10 and 2 points for a source value greater than 10

(multiple individual source value scoring template)

This template is for any two or more individual source values that are sent to our system Y times with X points registered for each source value, which will be calculated in the leaderboard.

Run a Contest where you receive 1 point for each source value of less than ten sent and 2 points for each source value of 10 or more. The points will be summed for each event made.

The points will be calculated and displayed in the leaderboard when a player:

  1. Plays any game selected in the Competition creation Products section
  2. Gets 1 point for every event with a source value of less than 10
  3. Gets 2 points for every event with a source value of 10 or more.

As the source values have different point values, the rule OR is implemented. To add the Rule OR you must add a Ruleset called Add or subtract points from the leaderboard. You will see two of the same rule types where you indicate the points that will be issued, the number of actions that need to be placed to receive the points, and the action itself, as shown in the example below.

Play a game and get 1 point each time you win from 10 to 20, get 2 points when you win from 20 to 30

(multiple individual actions and source value range in a game scoring template)

This template is for any action that is sent to our system, e.g. bet, win, login, deposit and many more, with X points calculated in the leaderboard when a source value in a range is sent in a specific game. Actions are case sensitive.

Run a Contest where you receive 1 point for each WIN from 10 to 20 or 2 points for each WIN from 20 to 30 in Fruits game.

The points will be calculated and displayed in the leaderboard when a player:

  1. Plays a game called Fruits
  2. 1 point is issued when a Win between 10 and 20 is received (10 and 20 are included)
  3. 2 points are issued when a Win between 20 and 30 is received (30 is included)
  4. Any wins less than 10 or over 30 are not included in the calculation of points in the leaderboard

As the source values have different points values, the rule OR is implemented. To add the Rule OR you must add a Ruleset called Add or subtract points from the leaderboard. You will see two of the same rule types where you indicate the points that will be issued, the number of actions needed to receive the points, and the action itself, as shown in the example below.

WIN 5 times to get 1 point or BET 20 times to get 2 points

(multiple individual actions with event issuing values scoring template)

This template is for any action that is sent to our system, e.g. bet, win, login, deposit, etc., with issuing X points for every Y number of events. Actions are case sensitive.

Run a Contest where 1 point will be issued when you WIN 5 times, and 2 points will be issued when you BET 20 times.

Points are calculated and displayed in the leaderboard when a player:

  1. Plays any game selected in the Competition creation Products section
  2. 1 point is issued when 5 WIN events are sent (wins need not be consecutive)
  3. 2 points are issued when 20 BET events are sent (bets need not be consecutive)
  4. When a player finishes a contest with 1 to 4 wins or 1 to 19 bets, points are not issued for those events.

As a player gets 1 point for 5 WINs or 2 points for 20 BETs in any game, the rule OR is implemented. To add the Rule OR you must add a Ruleset called Add or subtract points from the leaderboard. You will see two of the same rule types where you indicate an action, a source value and points, in the example below.

Subtract points

Negative leaderboard example when an action is issued

(Points subtraction when an action is issued scoring template)

  1. Plays any game that was selected in the Competition creation Products section
  2. 1 point will be issued when a WIN event is sent
  3. -1 point will be issued when a LOOSE event is sent

As a player receives 1 point for a WIN and loses 1 point for a LOOSE, the rule OR is implemented. To add the Rule OR you must add a Ruleset called Add or subtract points from the leaderboard. You will see two of the same rule types where you indicate an action, a source value and points, as shown in the example below.

Multiply event points by

Receive 2 times more points than your betting value

The points will be calculated and displayed in the leaderboard correctly when a player:

  1. Plays any game that was selected in the Competition creation Products section
  2. 2 times more point will be issued when a BET event is issued
  3. The adjustment factor for the products are set to 1. The points value will be calculated depending on the products action adjustment factor for example: if the action adjustment factor in Fruits for bet is 1.2 then by betting 10 and having a multiplier of 2 you will get 1.2 X 10 X 2 = 24 points.

Receive 2 times more points when your betting value is more than 10

(An action source value greater than 10 multiply points scoring template)

This template is for any action that is sent to our system for example bet, win, login, deposit and many more with issuing X times more amount of point when the action source value is greater than. Actions are case sensitive. The games adjustment factor has to be set to 1.

  3. A BET events source value of less than 10 is equal to the points value

Use my adjustment factor

The templates are the same as shown above in the EVENT POINTS Rule set. Main difference is that in the Event points Rule set the products have pre selected adjustment factor which means that if the products have different adjustment factors the points calculation will be different in each product. With “Use my adjustment factor” you adjust the adjustment factor for the contest without editing the products.
